Very bad experience with the woman at the reception, she is very rude and she gives you looks like you have to apologize for being there, frankly, I do not understand at all why she still has a job. So I was nice, but after a while I asked if she hadn't had a good day, to show her that she spoke badly, but then she got angry, what the hell, so I left the 'place without even having seen sb and I'm going to look for another garage. I will also write to the subsidiary, the woman does not know how to speak to customers, too bad ....
